MilestoneSolay phase 2: concrete structure complete
The concrete structure of every chalet in Solay's second phase is now complete, on schedule. Masonry and façade works start this month, followed by interior finishing early next year.

Structural works on the first residential building at ZED East have reached the top floor. Work on the second building is progressing in parallel, and landscaping around the lagoons starts next.
MilestoneThe Loft New Capital: façade works under way
Façade cladding has started on the first two buildings at The Loft New Capital, and the structure of the remaining buildings is complete. The project is on track for delivery in 2028.
