We've released a new set of 2- and 3-bedroom chalets at Solay, a few minutes' walk from the lagoon. They come with the same payment plans as the rest of the project: from 10% down, over up to 8 years. Ask an advisor for the floor plans, or book a video call to walk through a show unit.
MilestoneThe concrete structure of every chalet in Solay's second phase is now complete, on schedule. Masonry and façade works start this month, followed by interior finishing early next year.
MilestoneFaçade cladding has started on the first two buildings at The Loft New Capital, and the structure of the remaining buildings is complete. The project is on track for delivery in 2028.
