Terms of Use
November 1, 2026
These terms apply when you use Daar, a marketplace operated by NajimTech. By using the site, you agree to them.
What Daar is
- Daar lists new-build homes offered by independent developers. Daar is not the seller of any property and is not a party to any sale, reservation, or payment plan you agree with a developer.
Listings and prices
- Listings, photos, prices, payment plans, and delivery dates are provided by developers and can change without notice. Always confirm details with the developer before committing.
- Prices are set by developers in Egyptian pounds (EGP), the currency of the contract. US dollar amounts are estimates converted at a recent market rate, are shown for reference only, and are not the contract price.
No advice
- Nothing on Daar is financial, legal, or tax advice. Investing in property carries risk; consider getting independent advice.
Using the site
- Use Daar lawfully and give accurate information in forms. Don't scrape the site, submit automated or abusive requests, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
- When you submit an inquiry, you ask us to share it with the developer concerned so they can contact you.
Content
- The Daar name, design, and software belong to us. Listing content belongs to the developers who provide it.
Liability
- Daar is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from listing information or for a developer's acts or omissions.
Changes and contact
- We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
- Questions: privacy@daar.com.
