The concrete structure of every chalet in Solay's second phase is now complete, on schedule. Masonry and façade works start this month, followed by interior finishing early next year.
MilestoneFaçade cladding has started on the first two buildings at The Loft New Capital, and the structure of the remaining buildings is complete. The project is on track for delivery in 2028.
