Privacy Policy

Daar is a real-estate marketplace operated by NajimTech. It connects buyers in the United States and the Egyptian diaspora with property developers in Egypt. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us in a form: your name, email, phone number, message, and — for viewing requests — your preferred date, time, and viewing type.
- A record of your consent to be contacted: when you gave it and which version of this policy you accepted.
- The questions you ask the Daar assistant on the site, and its answers.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used for security and to prevent spam.
- With your permission only: analytics data and campaign attribution (for example, which ad or website referred you).
How we use it
- To pass your inquiry or viewing request to the developer you contacted so their advisors can reply.
- To have Daar's own US team reply when you contact them directly. Those requests stay with Daar.
- To answer your questions in the Daar assistant, and to review those conversations so its answers stay accurate and safe.
- To send you a confirmation of what you submitted.
- To keep the service secure and block automated or abusive submissions.
- With your permission, to understand how visitors find Daar and to measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
- The developer whose property or project you asked about. Each developer only sees inquiries made to them. Requests to Daar's US team and conversations with the Daar assistant aren't shared with developers unless you ask us to.
- Service providers that run Daar for us under contract — hosting, databases, email delivery, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), error monitoring, an AI provider that writes the assistant's answers, and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta).
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Where it's processed
- Daar is hosted in the United States. Your inquiry is shared with developers in Egypt. We use contractual safeguards with our providers wherever data crosses borders.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries are kept while they are useful to the developer you contacted and for the period required by law. When you ask us to delete your data, we permanently anonymize your inquiry: your name, email, phone number, and message are removed.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time.
- You can change your cookie choices at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- To make a request, email privacy@daar.com. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
- We'll update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. Inquiries record the policy version you accepted.
